LiveFrameEdit will play your video, and every time you start writing it stops the playback. When you finish writing your note it automatically saves it and continue playback. When you are done with the episode you can export your notes in a variety of ways depending on the recipient. The editors can get a markers list to be imported straight to their Media Composers. You can also print out a "to do list" with screenshots and timecode for great overview.
